How long does it take?
Normal production time is 2 - 3 days. We can offer quicker turnaround with a 25% rush fee.

What is the cost?
Cost is $20.00 per 1000 stitches with a minimum of $40.00. This is a one time fee, the design is soley yours, and cannot be used by anyone else without your written consent.

What type artwork do I need?
We can accept "camera ready", Illustrator CS, Corel Draw, Photoshop, eps, pict, tiff, jpeg, and bmp. Poor art can be scanned and "cleaned" with a fee of $25.00 per hour.(usually takes 1 hour or less) Submit your art via E-mail with instructions to: smckelvey@mindspring.com Contact us for quote on full back/front designs.
